(Obande is married to Rosemary and is a father of two, Angela and Shawn.

- External communications
- Marketing & Business development
- Resource mobilization strategies
- Seats in disciplinary subcommittee.
Work on band welfare & Member’s needs.

SPIRITUAL & INTERCESSORY DIRECTOR
- Coordination on band prayer meetings in consultation with COORDINATOR.
- Organize external and internal prayer retreats.
- Organize Bible Study meetings.
- seats in Disciplinary Committee

- Collects Cheques & keep records for payments
- Handles petty cash
- Secretary to the committee meetings.
- Provides financial report to the committee and the team in collaboration with the coordinator.

- Strategize on Band Arrangement.
- Enforce empowerment of Instrumentalists both skillfully and spiritually.
- Advice leadership on Musical vision.
Create calendar for instrumentalists in consultation with the committee and vocal training director.

VOCALS TRAINING DIRECTOR
- Arranges vocals training calendar.
- Enhance discipline & orderliness in vocalists during training and in ministration.
- Collects songs from members help in re arrangement with Instrumentalists director.
- Creating calendar & curriculum for vocalists training.
- Ensures growth among st vocalist.
Conducts vocalist auditions.

- Strategize on Band Arrangement.
- Enforce empowerment of Instrumentalists both skillfully and spiritually.
- Advice leadership on Musical vision.
Create calendar for instrumentalists in consultation with the committee and vocal training director.

MISSIONS /OUTREACHES DIRECTOR
- Work closely with Director, Coordinator and Partners in planning for Mission outreaches.
- Give records of performance in each Mission outreach.
Advice successful strategies of mission outreach.
